Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Reputation Genie, Inc. ("Reputation Genie," "we," "us," or "our"), covering your use of our reputation management platform and related services (the "Services").

By using the Services, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services.

These Terms apply to all users and any businesses or entities they represent.

To carry out review removal and related services, you agree to grant Manager access to your Google Business Profile for the duration of the process. This allows our legal and support team to verify, report, and manage reviews in line with Google's content policies.

You must keep Manager access active while we are working on your selected reviews. Removing or restricting access before completion may delay or prevent us from completing the service. Once all reviews have been processed, you may remove our access.

• All fees are in US dollars unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• We do not store your card details.
• You authorise us to charge your payment method for any agreed fees.
• Fees are non-refundable except as set out in our refund policy.

If a payment fails, we may retry the charge. Continued failure may result in suspension or termination of service until payment is received. You are responsible for any unpaid balances.

You are responsible for any applicable taxes. Prices shown do not include tax unless specified.

When using our review removal service, you pay a 5% refundable deposit per review you select for potential removal.

• If a review cannot be removed, the deposit for that review will be refunded.
• Some removals may complete within 7 days, while others may take longer due to legal escalation or review processes.
• If, after 60 days, a review has not been successfully removed, the deposit for that review will be refunded automatically.

Reputation Genie provides a range of tools and support for online reputation management, including:

• Review monitoring across Google Business Profile and other platforms
• Reputation scoring and analysis
• Assistance with the removal of policy-violating reviews
• Review response tools
• Insights dashboard and analytics
• Customer feedback collection
• Competitor analysis

You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Services ("User Content"). By submitting content, you grant us a limited licence to use it as necessary to operate and improve the Services.

You are responsible for your User Content and confirm that:

• You have the right to share it
• It is accurate and lawful
• It does not infringe third-party rights or contain harmful material

We handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy and may use anonymised, aggregated data for analytics and improvement.

While we back up data regularly, we are not liable for any loss or corruption of content.

All intellectual property in the Services — including design, software, text, and trademarks — remains owned by Reputation Genie or our licensors.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the Services for your business use in accordance with these Terms.

You may not use our trademarks or branding without written consent.

Any feedback or ideas you provide may be used freely to improve the Services.

Our Services may connect to third-party platforms such as:

• Google Business Profile
• Stripe
• Other review or analytics platforms

Your use of these third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for their reliability or changes to their systems that may affect our Service.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services when necessary. We'll provide reasonable notice if changes materially affect you.

We aim for consistent uptime but do not guarantee any specific level of availability.

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no guarantees or warranties, express or implied, regarding:

• Specific outcomes or review removals
• Business growth or revenue results
• Error-free or uninterrupted operation

Decisions by Google or other platforms are outside our control, and we cannot guarantee review removals where platform policies change.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services is limited to the greater of:

• The total amount you paid us in the previous 12 months, or
• $100 USD.

We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost business, or reputational damage.

These limits do not apply to liability resulting from fraud or wilful misconduct.

You agree to protect and indemnify Reputation Genie, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your:

• Use of the Services
• Breach of these Terms
• Violation of third-party rights or laws

You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, or engage in illegal or fraudulent activity.

When your account is closed:

• Access ends immediately
• Fees due before termination remain payable
• We may delete your data after 30 days
• You may export your data within 30 days of termination.

These Terms and our Privacy Policy form the entire agreement between you and Reputation Genie.

If part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest remains effective.

You cannot transfer your rights or obligations without our consent. We may assign ours as needed to operate the business.

Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms doesn't waive our right to do so later.

Neither party is responsible for delays caused by factors reasonably outside their control, such as internet outages or service provider issues.
